- Build & execute an aligned action plan reflecting the GTM strategy.
- Accelerate RTLOC’s revenue and market share growth on a global level.
- Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, up to closing large and complex sales deals, either directly or with partners, in close cooperation with the technical team
- Develop relationships and create business plans with new and existing partners, distributors.
- Report through performance monitoring, funnel reviews and deal tracking.
- Take ownership of communication and branding strategy.
Education and Experience
- M.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering (with a passion for Business)
- At least 5 years experience in Marketing and Sales in a technology company.
Knowledge and Skills
- Passion for Products and Innovative technologies
- Self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to work independently
- Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners
- IT industry knowledge with affinity for position tracking systems
- Drive, passion and fast learning
- English and Dutch are a must, other languages are a plus
