Sales and Marketing Manager​

Task description
  • Build & execute an aligned action plan reflecting the GTM strategy.
  • Accelerate RTLOC’s revenue and market share growth on a global level.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, up to closing large and complex sales deals, either directly or with partners, in close cooperation with the technical team
  • Develop relationships and create business plans with new and existing partners, distributors.
  • Report through performance monitoring, funnel reviews and deal tracking.
  • Take ownership of communication and branding strategy.
Education and Experience
  • M.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or Engineering (with a passion for Business)
  • At least 5 years experience in Marketing and Sales in a technology company.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Passion for Products and Innovative technologies
  • Self-starter with a can-do attitude, able to work independently
  • Negotiation skills and ability to frame the product value proposition to customers/partners
  • IT industry knowledge with affinity for position tracking systems
  • Drive, passion and fast learning
  • English and Dutch are a must, other languages are a plus
